We prepare our brunch using local eggs and meats, as well
as local produce whenever available. Our limited menu
changes weekly, to offer you the best of the season. The
following is a sampling of our current offerings:

Local Asparagus and Ham Benedict

Spinach, Bacon and Cheddar Omelet

Morel and Asparagus Crepes

Local Peach and Ginger Pancakes

3 Eggs as you please

All of the above served with homefries and
a choice of Liz’s sticky buns or fresh fruit

Beaver Run Farm bacon

Cow-a-Hen Farm sausage

Organic yogurt and housemade granola
